Overview | If you have to write a personal statement for your law school, medical school, or other professional school application, this workshop is for you! We’ll consider general principles for writing convincing and persuasive personal statements. And we’ll read and discuss samples of successful statements. Please note that this workshop is not appropriate for those applying to graduate academic programs in the sciences, social sciences, or humanities. For those applications, you’ll want the class “Writing Application Essays and Statements of Purpose for Graduate School.” |
